Recipe

• 1 (ounce) sake
• 1 (ounce) sherry
• 3/ 4 (ounce) scotch
• 1/ 2 (ounce) simple syrup
• 2 dashes Red Aromatic Suze Bitters

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir to chill and combine ingredients.
3. Fine strain the mixture into a coupe glass over a clear ice cube.
4. Garnish with gold leaf. Enjoy!
