INGREDIENTS
- 1(12oz) pkg Rita’s Asian Stir-Fry
- ½ lb. dice chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
Sauce:
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
- In a large pan or wok on med-high heat add ½ tablespoon of the salad oil and cook chicken till golden and set aside when done.
- Meanwhile or ahead of time combine all of the ingredient for the sauce in a bowl.
- Add the remaining oil and sesame oil in the same pan with the Asian stir fry mix and cook till crisp approx. 3-5 min stirring occasionally.
- Add chicken back to pan. Add the garlic and ginger and cook 1 min more stirring. Add the sauce to the pan and bring to a boil and sauce is thickened and everything is well incorporated.
