INGREDIENTS
- 1 (12oz) pkg Ritas Garden Carnival Slaw Mix
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium sized bowl add EVOO, Garlic, lemon juice, mustard, vinegar, mayo, salt and pepper.
- Wisk together well.
- Add Carnival Slaw mix and lemon zest and parsley.
- Let sit for about 30 min in the refrigerator then mix again and serve.
