INGREDIENTS
- 1 (16 oz) pkg Rita’s Garden Crinkle Cut Sweet Potato or Crinkle Cut Butternut Squash
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or gran garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- In a bowl add fries EVOO salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Toss well.
- On a large sheet pan spread out fries so they are not touching and place in the oven
- Cook until brown on the bottom approx. 15 min.
- Flip over and cook until the other side is brown about 10 more minutes.
- Serve Hot
