INGREDIENTS
- 1 (24 oz) pkg Rita’s diced butternut
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt or sea salt
- Fresh black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium size bowl, add diced butternut, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Place on a cookie sheet and cook in a 375-degree oven for 30 minutes approx., stirring every 10 min so the bottom doesn’t burn keep checking with a fork for tenderness.
- Pull from the oven and sprinkle with fresh sage toss to coat evenly and put back in oven for 3 to 5 min more till fork tender and golden brown.
